Management Team

Rob Duvall is a highly accomplished IT professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in a variety of fields. Prior to his work with RDC Networks, Rob spent 13 years as a trainer for the Compumaster division of Skillpath Seminars, where he trained business individuals on a wide range of topics, including Windows Server, Linux, Windows Operating Systems, and Cisco.

As the President of RDC Networks, Rob brings his extensive knowledge and skills to the forefront of the company for over 20 years. He specializes in Cisco Security, Exchange Server, and Windows Server technologies and holds several certifications, including Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, and CCNA.

Rob is also an active member of his community, serving as a Past President of the Milton Chamber of Commerce. He has also sat on several Boards, including HalTech Regional Innovation Centre, Milton Library Board, Conservation Halton, and Milton Economic Development and was a former Milton Municipal councillor from 2014-2018.

With his broad range of expertise and commitment to excellence, Rob is a valuable asset to RDC Networks and the IT industry as a whole. His dedication to both his work and his community make him an outstanding leader and an inspiration to others.

Carol Duvall is a highly experienced IT professional with a broad range of certifications and specialties. As a Certified Cisco Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Office Specialist and Microsoft Sales Specialist in Desktop SMB, Desktop Enterprise, Messaging, and Server Platform, Carol has a deep understanding of the complex technological landscape of the modern workplace.

As the Co-Owner and Vice-President of RDC Networks, Carol plays a critical role in the success of the company. Her expertise in Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, Microsoft Office, SAGE Accounting, and Quickbooks installations is invaluable in helping clients achieve their business objectives. She is also known for her exceptional skills in corporate training on Windows and Office products.
