Tips for Removing Unwanted Junkmail

1)  In Outlook or Outlook Express, right click on the unwanted junkmail message to select it.
2)  Scroll down to JUNKMAIL.
2)  Select ADD SENDER TO BLOCKED SENDER LIST

Tips for checking who an email message is really from without opening it

1)  In Outlook 2003 or 2007, right click on the email message without opening it from the Inbox
     view.
2)  Scroll down to MESSAGE OPTIONS and left click to select it.
3)  In the Internet Header section of the pop-up screen, scroll down until you see
     the Return-Path.  The Return-Path is the true sender of the email. 
4)  Now right click and add the sender to the Blocked Sender List as above!
